Garbage Overflow Detection with YOLOv8

Overview

This project runs a YOLOv8 model on video from a webcam or CCTV camera and highlights overflowing garbage bins.

How it works

1. Captures video from a camera or file.
2. Runs YOLOv8 object detection on each frame.
3. Identifies and highlights overflowing bins.

The detector is trained on a dataset managed in Roboflow. Detections can be connected to alert systems such as SMS.
